Sacramento's Digital Music Group Inc. (Nasdaq: DMGI) stockholders today approved a merger with The Orchard Enterprises Inc. by an overwhelming ratio -- 99 percent -- according to Cliff Haigler, chief financial officer for Digital Music.
The local music and video content distributor announced last March it would merge with The Orchard, a leading global distributor and marketer of music based in New York.
